Email verification after failed account creation

  • account creation returned a 500 response
  • retrying account creation returned a username already exists response

Assuming the account was initially created:

  • login requires email validation, but I don’t have a validation email and the login page doesn’t have an option to resend email.

You should have the email by now, please also check your spam folder.
This occured for some of us, but quick actions were taken and the mails should be send now.

Please let us know if you still have no mail.

Sorry about that! As @Phaedrus mentioned there was a glitch which prevented a few mails from sending, I’ve corrected it and manually resent the email to those effected.
